One Zip is a browser extension available on the Chrome Web Store designed to streamline image downloads from Pinterest and other platforms. These Terms govern your use of the extension, including any associated services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service. By using One Zip, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized material.
- Exploit the Service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Payment Processor:
We may use PayPal for subscription management in future iterations. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal’s terms of service and authorize recurring payments.
Subscription Plans or tokens:
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. Tokens will be purchasable at the users discretion.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds:
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using One Zip, you consent to these practices.
All rights to One Zip, including code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Brave UI. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Zip and its affiliates are not liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold One Zip, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or other lawful reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
